Planning commission staff presented the City of Temple Terrace capital improvement program for fiscal years 2027–2031 and recommended it be found consistent with the local comprehensive plan. Staff reported total funding of $108,900,000 across 132 projects and noted project groupings by program area, with water, transportation and sewer among the largest shares.
