Staff told commissioners that a high-winds-damaged tree struck the Sorensen/Bacon Field concession stand roof in fall 2025 and that temporary repairs are currently in place. CP3 Contracting and GAF have offered to donate a tear-off and full roof replacement; the firms would secure permits and request a partnership banner at the site for the coming season.
