Commissioners discussed the fairgrounds list of projects in the CIP and how the ongoing master plan could change the sequence or scope of work. A staff member said the county is completing a master plan for the fairgrounds and that 'the future projections on what is planned or would need to be incorporated into specifically this table will change based on or could change based on the master plan and the recommendations that you as a board see.'
