The commission recommended approval of Z260189, a rezoning and variance application for roughly 5.7 acres of a 10.4‑acre site at 2412 Highway 11 to allow B‑3 and M‑2 uses including motor vehicle sales, auto repair and salvage storage. EK Engineering consultant Ease Khan said the request consolidates existing split zoning to create a logical highway‑corridor development and aligns with Walton County’s future land‑use map.
