The Walton County Board of Commissioners approved a rezoning and associated variances for a property at 2412 Highway 11 to allow motor vehicle sales, repair and related uses. Issa Khan, the applicant’s engineer, said the applicant accepted Planning Commission conditions that require six‑foot opaque fencing and screening and clarified proposed hours of operation for different uses.
