Planning board approves Fowler Road subdivision; multiple Route 5 projects remain in progress
The Elbridge Planning Board approved the Fowler Road subdivision. The board also noted active processes for two other subdivisions, an apartment building and a wedding venue on Route 5 (temporary certificate of occupancy discussed), and an event center on Wheeler Road that is currently on hold.

Councilor Doug Blumer reported that the Planning Board approved the Fowler Road subdivision and that processes for two additional subdivisions are underway. Blumer also said an apartment building and a new wedding venue on Route 5 are still in process; a temporary certificate of occupancy has been discussed but no decision was recorded. An event center on Wheeler Road remains on hold.
