The Planning Board conducted a short-form SEQRA review for Ronald Merrill’s subdivision at 5704 Sandbank Road. Each SEQRA item was read and returned as "no or small impact," and Co-Chair John Stevenson moved for a negative declaration; Tim Sullivan seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
