Clerk Ms. Hopper reported to the Beer Board that "there are 2 active suspension revocation hearings right now." She identified one matter involving Sutri's High Gravity Tavern, noting she expected the tavern to pay a thousand-dollar fine in the next couple of days, and a second involving Habanero's Mexican Restaurant, for which a noncompliance complaint was filed and a prehearing conference was scheduled.
