The commission continued the preliminary plat for Carl and Nancy Shank after staff identified unresolved issues concerning proposed access from North Rockford Road and a needed floodplain development permit. Staff recommended tabling the item until the county highway department and the state Mickelson Trail authority clarify approach approvals and until the applicant obtains required floodplain engineering and an updated fire plan.
