Oneida County Planning & Zoning staff provided updates on prior appeals during the Sept. 3, 2026 meeting. For Appeal #25-009 (Totzke Family Rev Tr, TL-1267-6A) there was no update on the status of a Writ of Certiorari. Appeal #2600552 (Winkelman et al, LT-177-6 & LT-177-5) was calendared for department follow‑up with the property owner about a floor drain. Staff confirmed receipt of a written neighbor statement for Appeal #2600565 (Erin McCormick, TL-1272-2E) and noted it satisfied the variance condition.
