The Board of Allen County Commissioners met in a recorded special session on March 23, 2026, and scheduled an overview of the annexation hearing process to be presented by John Willamowski Jr. The session opened at 2:30 p.m. in the Commissioner's Meeting Room at 204 N. Main Street in Lima, and commissioners Brian Winegardner, Beth Seibert and Cory Noonan were listed as present in the minutes.
