Director Matt walked commissioners through preliminary allocations and construction status for several projects, saying Kendall Ray Place’s Building 1 (86 units) has tied into the sewer and that 328 Main Street is nearly complete while 340 Main remains in the building-permit phase awaiting a state DOT permit.
