Rankin Borough Council voted Aug. 11 to authorize the Borough Manager to advertise an ordinance adopting the 2021 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) in the Trib Total Media. The motion, made by Ms. Coprich and seconded by Mr. Weems, passed by recorded vote.
