Council sends parks board bylaws back to board for code alignment
Council reviewed Resolution 22-96 and unanimously voted to return the draft Parks & Recreation bylaws to the parks board to correct inconsistencies with city code and to prepare any ordinance changes separately.

City staff presented Resolution 22-96 and a draft set of bylaws for the North Plains Parks & Recreation Board and asked council to adopt rules for how the advisory body should conduct itself. The staff report said the draft was based on the economic development board template and that some membership and procedural provisions did not match current city code. "In the packet, you have, resolution number 22 96 and a staff report to go with it," staff told the council (S9).
