The Warren City Council voted to adopt the Stevens Road Greenway feasibility study, a collaborative planning document developed with Centerline, Eastpointe, St. Clair Shores and SEMCOG. Presenter Hunter Menikos said the work was a phase‑one, data‑driven feasibility effort funded in part by a $40,000 SEMCOG planning grant and informed by extensive public engagement, including 642 survey responses.
