Brackett ISD tells board it appealed CCMR coding errors after A–F drop

District administrators told the board a drop in A–F accountability results was tied to CCMR (college, career and military readiness) data issues; an appeal was submitted to the state and staff described steps to reconcile course coding and verifier reports.

S2 told the Board that Brackett ISD's overall accountability score moved from the low-80s to the mid-70s in the most recent cycle in part because of problems with CCMR reporting for certain students. "So bracket ISD overall in 2025 was 81 ... and then this year, it's a 76," S2 said, and added: "So we did submit that appeal that was due September 11, and we did turn it in last week."
