Council approved resolution 25‑041 authorizing the mayor to accept and execute agreements for a Recreational Trails Program grant from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for the Wheel Beautiful Universal Access Trail. Staff described the grant award as approximately $200,000–$250,000 and said the city will enter the required memorandum of agreement with DNR (SEG 1063–1078).
