The commission approved a combined preliminary and final site plan for Chelsea Lumber (1 Old Barn Circle) conditioned on addressing an outstanding 05/29/2026 engineering review item; staff said the plan includes three 20-foot metal storage structures, new landscaping around an infiltration-focused detention basin and ADA parking adjustments.

The Chelsea Planning Commission voted to approve the Chelsea Lumber combined preliminary and final site plan for 1 Old Barn Circle (Parcel ID 0606133810003) in the T1 Transition Mixed Use District, provided the applicant addresses an outstanding engineering review item dated 05/29/2026. Michelle, planning staff, told the commission the three accessory storage structures meet dimensional standards, are about 20 feet tall, and use metal siding with gable roofs.
