During a Keep/Fix/Dream exercise, attendees clustered sticky-note ideas and read high-priority items aloud. Under 'keep' the group repeatedly named "historic charm," "Chelsea feel," and a diverse business mix as assets to preserve. One participant summarized the 'keep' list as "residential impact, the Chelsea feel, keep the historic charm, diverse business mix, and arts."
