Board approves minutes, hears two setback cases and adjourns
At the Aug. 10 meeting the Board approved July minutes, approved a 2.4-foot garage setback adjustment at 31650 Aspen Ridge Road, granted a partial adjustment for a pole barn at 11635 County Road 69 (requiring removal of one bay), and heard an administrator’s report noting no September applications.

The Routt County Board of Adjustment began its Aug. 10 meeting with approval of the July 13 minutes (motion by Brian Kelly, second by David Hoffman; carried 4–0 with one abstention). The board then considered two substantive adjustment requests.
