The Routt County Board of Adjustment on Aug. 10 approved an adjustment reducing the required 50-foot setback to 47.6 feet at 31650 Aspen Ridge Road to permit a garage expansion. Lyle Krug moved approval and Brian Kelly seconded; the motion carried 5–0 with Chairman George Blau voting yes.
