The Land Use Committee voted to deny an earlier lean-to application for the property at 121 High Mile Rd after a survey indicated the structure crossed the property line. Committee members recorded that the wall begins to be over the neighbor's property partway down and ends approximately 7 inches onto the adjoining lot.
