Council removes fee language from code, directs fees to resolution

The council adopted Ordinance 494 on third and final reading to remove the fees section from Chapter 11.30 of the Town Code and to provide that all fees be established by separate resolution of the governing body. The motion was recorded as moved by Council Member Nicole Petersen and seconded by Council Member Robert Sawaya; the minutes state "all voted aye, motion carried."
