Nick Freisinger of the county's Solid Waste Department presented an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between Douglas County and the City of Myrtle Creek to provide RV storage and disposal services with no stated expiration date. Freisinger said staff obtained three comparable quotes and selected the lowest landed cost. "Item number 4 is for an intergovernmental agreement between Douglas County and the City Of Myrtle Creek for RV storage and disposal with no expiration date," Freisinger said.
