The Eugene Human Rights Commission approved its annual work plan at the Sept. 15 meeting after a detailed review of proposed goals and edits from multiple work groups. Staff walked the commission through a draft that reorganized prior goals into roles and actions; commissioners debated items including data-center monitoring, public-hygiene access, gender-neutral restrooms, and recommendations about naming and monuments consistent with Council Resolution 5274.
