During the hearing, the chair pointed out a discrepancy in vendor Exhibit F that initially listed a license-plate state as Florida when later verification showed Michigan. John Peters of Premium Parking explained that entries are manually checked by a verifier who corrects earlier transcriptions. "These items are manually checked by a specific person that they'll go through and verify what information is correct on the license plate," Peters said.
