Jackson County approves MOU with Addictions Recovery Center to coordinate CCBHC services
The Board unanimously approved Order No. 227-26, authorizing a memorandum of understanding with Addictions Recovery Center to coordinate care and Mobile Crisis Intervention services under Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic requirements.

County Administrator Danny Jordan told the Board that the proposed Memorandum of Understanding with Addictions Recovery Center "governs compliance with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic requirements regarding care coordination, referral management, continuity of care, and access to services when a Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) and non-CMHP serve the same or overlapping service areas including ensuring coordination of Mobile Crisis Intervention Services."
