Finance Officer Gianna Cramer updated the board that the year-end audit, conducted Aug. 11, 2026, ‘‘went smoothly’’ and that the auditor's results should be available in early September. The finance officer provided balance sheet and profit-and-loss statements for board review and answered questions about why net operating profits remained low despite increasing sales.
