The mayor said he has given preliminary approval for 10 capital road projects that the town plans to prioritize and begin using accumulated savings; he described an approximate $100,000 line for initial expenditures and said KSA engineering will provide a prioritized assessment. "I have approved the preliminary approval for the 10 projects to begin within St. Paul," the mayor said.
