Charlotte County rolls out MSBU communications hub and Constant Contact mailings
Public Works said it launched Constant Contact and redesigned MSBU web pages to provide meeting notices, financial reports, project status links and archived meeting audio; staff said the service has sent 2,543 messages since launch and aims to reduce confusion at hearings.

John Elias, Public Works Director, told the Charlotte County Board that staff has launched a targeted communications program for Municipal Service Benefit Units including Constant Contact and a reworked MSBU web page to consolidate project status, financial reports and meeting materials for residents.
