The board reviewed a notice from Midcoast Solid Waste Corporation proposing fee increases and voted to approve the adjustment, conditioned on approval by municipal officers of all four member municipalities. The motion specified new charges: $270 per weighted ton, $4 per large 30-gallon bag, $2.75 per small 13-gallon bag and $8 per contractor-size bag, effective Sept. 22, 2026.
