RPC continues setback-waiver request for 1700 E. Santovito to allow survey

Planning staff described a waiver request asking the commission to allow two existing accessory structures to remain with reduced side-yard setbacks (one about 2 feet from the property line, the other about 1 foot 9 inches, where five feet is required). Staff said no building permits had been pulled for the unpermitted structures and recommended denial; staff also proposed a special condition that the owner must pull all applicable building permits within 30 days if the commission were to approve the waiver.
