Big Stone County commissioners voted unanimously Sept. 1 to award the Akron Township bridge project, SAP-006-599-011 (Bridge 06J18), to Joe Riley Construction for $322,906.30. County Engineer Jorden Roggenbuck requested the board allow the highway department to make the award and the board moved to approve his recommendation.
