An engineering representative presented a professional services agreement with Shine 2 Lighting to replace and install parking-lot lighting at Charleston, Roseville and Glen Ryan parks. The representative said the total cost is $72,154.32 and that the engineering and parts departments would split funding ($55,477.98 and $16,676.40 respectively). The board voted 4–0 to approve the contract.
