At the Aug. 18 meeting, System Manager Jody Defa told the board there have been discussions with the LDS Church regarding spring development and said a decision "should be decided within two weeks." He also reported water-management items, including a fixed air vacuum leak and confirmed that the Timber Lakes POA is metering its road-watering usage appropriately.
