Town staff reported follow-up work on a joint septic‑use agreement for a cafe/store and apartment that recently prompted questions at a ZBA hearing. Staff said the DES provisional license on file indicates an expansion for a "7 seat coffee shop, paper service only," but the applicant had told the ZBA the retail/cafe area had 16 seats, a discrepancy the board wants clarified.
