On consent the Board approved a slate of infrastructure and facilities contracts. Notable items included Resolution 4: an award to South State, Inc. for Berlin‑Cross Keys Road (CR689) Improvements — Contract 4 for $7,189,766.75, and Resolution 5: Change Order No.1 to Think Pavers Hardscaping, LLC for Atlantic Avenue Trail increasing that contract by $115,000. Several building and operations contracts (janitorial services, HVAC maintenance and purchases, data-cabling work) were also authorized, some with funding only partially available immediately and contingent on future budgets.
