Hall County public works readies bridge replacement bid, clears storm damage

Public works staff reported they are coordinating with Merritt County on bids (expected July 9 or 10) for removal and replacement of the 3-ton-rated Gun Barrel bridge and plan to use Shady Bin as a detour during construction. Staff said they have had success with concrete box culverts in past projects and that bids will consider concrete box options.
