Council approves minor subdivision and Walter Addition final plat
Council approved a minor subdivision (resolution 26-42) and a combined preliminary/final plat for the Walter Addition (resolution 26-43) to create eight commercial lots and one outlot; the city will record the plat and assume ownership of a stormwater pond area.

Planning staff presented two land-use items and council approved both on Sept. 15. Resolution 26-42 authorized a minor subdivision (a simple split and transfer of frontage to an adjacent property owner) following review and a title opinion. Staff recommended including full legal descriptions in the resolution to assist county recording.
