Commissioners approve Emergency Operations Plan and Communication Policy despite sheriff's objection
The board approved an Emergency Operations Plan and a new Communication Policy during the Aug. 24 meeting; Sheriff Garza stated he was not in favor of the Communication Policy but the motion to adopt it carried.
