At a special meeting Aug. 31, Counselor Molz explained three proposed agreements with Google: a Development Agreement, a Road and Maintenance Agreement and a Decommissioning Agreement. After discussion the board voted to approve all three agreements; Commissioners Quick and Roe voted yes and Commissioner Mills abstained, producing a recorded 2-0-1 passage.
