President Trump said foreign ministers from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda visited the White House to "sign a historic peace agreement that we worked out," and he predicted that the leaders of both countries would come to sign the final agreement "over the next couple of weeks" (SEG 032–035, SEG 042–046).
