During the hearing, staff and officials read line-by-line estimates for numerous dedicated funds. Examples read aloud included: "Highway, 2,565,495," "Local road and street, 850000," "Cumulative bridge, 877,000," and public-safety lines such as "County emergency medical, $1,441,048." Several smaller restricted and donation funds were also read and recorded.
