Village joins HGACBuy cooperative purchasing program

Clerk/Treasurer Atterbury presented HGACBuy as an additional cooperative purchasing program that would expand the village's procurement options at no cost to join. She noted Bloomington already participates in Sourcewell and confirmed there is no fee to participate in HGACBuy.
