Development plan for the Landing deferred after commissioners cite need for more outreach and PD-text alignment
Following extensive public comment, the Island Planning Commission unanimously deferred the development-plan review (DP-26-1) for the Landing to allow further coordination with neighbors and to align the development plan with the final PD text and Board of Commissioners action.

After the commission recommended approval of the rezoning (ZM-26-18) with conditions, commissioners considered the associated development plan DP-26-1 for the Landing, a redevelopment project covering approximately 19,458 square feet of commercial and recreational uses on the same property.
