Marco Island marine unit introduces new supervisor; code boat issues citations and will share records

Sergeant Kyle Price introduced himself as the new marine-unit supervisor. Marine officers reported a submerged kayak recovery, repeated marker hits, the code boat's focus on illicit discharges and dilapidated docks, and multiple warnings/citations. Staff offered to supply a spreadsheet of recent citations and warnings.
