Participants flagged operational risk when only two staff cover the office. The Public Trustee and Virginia described scenarios where both staff could be out (illness or short absence) and there would be no one to take payments; one person said, "If we both 1 of them is gone and you don't make sit…Nobody can really do anything, but I need to have somebody in there in case somebody comes."
