During the public‑comment portion of the Aug. 4 meeting, Barbara Espinosa addressed the Planning Board in support of Joe Zino’s application for the 1st Alternate position, noting his experience and service as chairman of the Board of Adjustment. Chair Sid Cutts acknowledged Zino’s volunteer role with the Board of Adjustment.
