Council authorized the mayor to sign the Service Delivery Strategy with Fulton County, appointed an interim city attorney and named Mina Dyson to the Arts, Culture and Entertainment Committee.

The council approved a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute the Service Delivery Strategy (SDS) with Fulton County and the other municipalities in the county. City staff said state rules require the SDS every 10 years to document how local governments provide and fund services; the Georgia Department of Community Affairs has set an October deadline for submittal.
