Brian Preski, president of National Water Specialties Company, told the Stewartstown Borough Sewer & Water Authority on Aug. 19 that his firm offers a cross-connection control and backflow prevention program at no cost to authorities or customers. He said the company currently works with about 120 municipalities across 11 states and would start locally by focusing on commercial and institutional properties such as businesses, churches and schools.
